Bono Regional Chairman of the (NPP), Kwame Baffoe, also known as Abronye DC, has stated that he was denied a First-Class honours in his law degree at the University of Ghana because of a lady.
In an interview with Okay FM on July 16, 2025, Abronye DC claimed that a guy, believed to be a lecturer, whom he refused to name, downgraded his grades because he had spoken to his girlfriend.
This led to a friction between them, resulting in a lower GPA.
Abronye DC boasted about his academic credentials, stating, "I had a Second-Class Upper in law.
