The Supreme Court quashed a bench warrant issued for the arrest of Kevin Taylor, a US-based Ghanaian social commentator, on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, by a 4-1 majority decision.
A video shared on social media by GHOne TV on July 22 showed Kevin Taylor leaving the premises of the apex court of the land after the proceedings.
Taylor, who was in a blue suit and a black nose mask, could be seen walking out of the courtroom, accompanied by his lawyers.
The social commentator was asked if he had "any word" for Ghanaians, but he did not respond and walked straight to his vehicle.
