The Ghana Library Authority (GhLA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Alhassan Betintiche Ziblim as its new Acting Executive Director, effective June 16, 2025.
This appointment comes at a strategic time when GhLA is poised to deepen its efforts in promoting literacy and digital inclusion across the country through its public library network.
Ziblim brings over two decades of experience in Public Sector Administration, strategic management, banking, marketing, and finance to GhLA.
Prior to his appointment, he served as the Director of Administration at the Ghana Free Zones Authority, where he led the creation and management of a fully functional administrative department for over 12 years.
