Ghanaian Gospel singer Carl Clottey has opened up about the emotional blow he felt when he released an album with high hopes, only for it to fall flat, right in the place he thought would support him the most: the church. In an candid conversation on Hitz Praise Zone with Nii Noi, the 'One and Only' hitmaker recounted how he and his team were buzzing with excitement after producing 1,000 CDs, ready to bless lives.
But what followed was a shock."I was really excited about my album and wanted the whole church to hear it.
We produced about 1,000 copies of CDs, but sadly, only 60 copies were sold in the church.
That moment hit me hard," he shared.
