He says this is happening at Prestea-Huni Valley in the Western Region of Ghana, which should not be allowed.
The executive director of MFWA has vowed to expose these leading members of the National Democratic Congress who are abusing their power to favour foreigners illegally mining in Ghana.
Making this known in a post shared via social media, he said, "Somewhere in Prestea Huni Valley (I had earlier mistakenly said Tarkwa), Western Region, Chinese are busily working at a small-scale mine that has been forcefully taken away from the concession owners (local Ghanaian miners) by powerful NDC politicians.
