A brief scuffle broke out during the 2025 (NPP) National Delegates Conference when a photographer for former Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia was allegedly hit in the face.
The photographer, identified as 'Twinsdontbeg,' was seen being restrained by some party members following the altercation.
According to a Channel One TV report, the incident occurred as security personnel were clearing a path for Dr Bawumia, his wife Samira, former Minister of Energy Dr Matthew Opoku Prempeh, and other dignitaries upon their arrival at the University of Ghana Sports Stadium.
In the process of making way, one of the security personnel reportedly struck Dr Bawumia's photographer in the face, triggering a confrontation.
