Popular Ghanaian comedian DKB has taken to social media to criticize major telecommunications provider MTN, accusing the company of shortchanging consumers with quickly vanishing data bundles.
According to DKB, the data packages that used to last him over six weeks under similar usage habits now run out in just three weeks.
He expressed confusion and frustration over why MTN bundles deplete much faster now, despite government interventions meant to protect consumer interests.
DKB questioned the logic behind the current trend, pointing out that although MTN had previously increased data allocations after pushback from the government, the bundles now seem to disappear at lightning speed.
