The opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) at their National Delegates Conference held at the University of Ghana Sports Stadium approved 54 amendments aimed at restructuring the party and refining its policies.

These amendments, they believe, will help restructure the party as they work towards recapturing power from the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the 2028 elections.

Out of the amendments tabled before the conference, two were rejected.

The party's delegates kicked against amendment proposals for Motion 17 and Motion 54.
