Black Queens right-back Comfort Yeboah has issued a warning to Algeria ahead of their quarter-final clash at the Women's Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco. Ghana advanced to the last eight after thumping Tanzania 4-1 in their final Group C game while Algeria qualified from Group B following a goalless draw with heavyweights Nigeria.
Both Ghana and Algeria are making a return to the competition after missing the last two editions.
Ahead of the game on Saturday, Yeboah expressed confidence in the team, posting on social media: "Ready to feast." Meanwhile, the Black Queens face an arduous task of break the resolute defence of Algeria after three matches without conceding a goal.
The Fennecs reached the quarter-finals scoring just a goal, which was in their victory over Botswana before draws with Tunisia and Nigeria.
