Zilla Limann, the wife of veteran Ghanaian musician Reggie Rockstone, has taken to social media to express her deep frustration over what she describes as unprofessional conduct by some staff of the Ghana Water Company Limited (GWCL). In a video sighted by Ameyaw Debrah Media, Dr.
Limann, visibly furious, is seen in a vehicle alongside her husband, recounting the ordeal that led to the disconnection of their water supply, despite having paid their bills in full.According to her, the issue stemmed from a lack of clear communication regarding the transition to digital billing.
She explained that she was unaware that GWCL had gone fully digital and no longer issued physical bills.
