The presidential candidate for the (NPP) in the 2024 general elections, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, arrived at the 2025 National Delegates Conference alongside other prominent personalities at the University of Ghana Stadium on Saturday July 19, 2025.
He was accompanied by his wife, Samira Bawumia; his running mate, Dr Matthew Opoku Prempeh (popularly known as NAPO); the Member of Parliament for Tano North, Nana Akua Owusu Afriyie; Dr.
Gideon Boako; and others.
Dr Bawumia appeared cheerful, smiling and waving as enthusiastic party supporters cheered and applauded his arrival at the stadium.
