Black Queens head coach Kim Lars Björkegren has urged his players to approach their upcoming WAFCON quarter-final against Algeria with courage and belief, insisting they must "not be scared" despite the strength of their opponents.
Ghana face Algeria on Saturday, July 19, in a bid to reach the semi-finals of the Women's Africa Cup of Nations for the first time since 2016.
The match promises to be one of the most closely contested fixtures of the tournament so far.
Speaking ahead of the tie, Björkegren described Algeria as possibly the best-organized side at the tournament.
