After the Ghana Registered Nurses and Midwives Association's July 15, 2025, meeting with the Fair Wages and Salary Commission, the government has decided to agree on three of their allowances.
The three include the book and research allowance, uniform and fuel allowance.
According to the leadership of GRNMA, the allowances will be included in the mid-year budget to be presented on July 24, 2025.
Meanwhile, the 8% non-basic allowance has been suspended due to errors in its computation.
