An Accra Circuit Court has, for the second time, refused bail to a trader accused of possessing 30 wraps of dried substances suspected to be narcotic drugs.
Alhassan Shiabu's plea was again not taken when he appeared before the Court on July 14, 2025, following his initial appearance in June.
The Court presided over by Samuel Bright Acquah, deferred proceedings as a forensic report on the substance is still pending.
Shiabu is expected to reappear on July 22, 2025.
