Nineteen people have sustained various degrees of injuries in a road accident that occurred at Awutu Bonsuoku on the Gomoa Ojobi-Senya Bereku Road in the Central Region.
The crash, which happened around 4:00 AM on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, involved two Mercedes-Benz Sprinter buses with registration numbers AC-804-16 and GR 5137-18.

An eyewitness, Kennedy Awuah, said residents were alerted by a loud noise from the road and rushed to the scene. "We rushed to the scene and saw that the two Sprinter buses had collided head-on.
