Wolverhampton Wanderers are prepared to make a move for Crystal Palace winger Jesurun Rak-Sakyi, with the club identifying him as a long-term attacking reinforcement.

Rak-Sakyi, who is of Ghanaian heritage and remains eligible to represent either Ghana or England at senior level, has attracted interest following his preseason form and loan stint in the Premier League last season.

According to The Sun, Wolves are leading the race to sign the 22-year-old and are willing to meet Palace's £10 million asking price.

The Molineux outfit view Rak-Sakyi as a potential replacement for Matheus Cunha, who was sold to Manchester United last month in a deal worth over £50 million.
