Husband of embattled evangelist Patricia Asiedua Asiamah, popularly known as Nana Agradaa, has publicly apologized on behalf of his wife, who is currently serving a 15-year prison sentence for fraud and charlatanic advertisement.
During a Sunday service held on July 13, Angel Asiamah, also a preacher, led members of the Heaven Way Champion International Ministry in a moment of humility as they went on their knees to render an unqualified apology to anyone who may have been offended by Agradaa's actions, words, or behavior.
Speaking with a heavy heart, Angel Asiamah pleaded with Ghanaians to forgive his wife, who he believes has wronged many through public banter and controversial statements.
He specifically asked for mercy from President John Dramani Mahama and his wife, Vice President Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang, bloggers, singers, media personalities, and all others who may have clashed with Agradaa at any point.According to him, many of these confrontations may have played a role in the buildup to her current conviction.
