The Black Queens of Ghana will be looking to redeem their image on Monday, July 14, when the team takes on Tanzania in their final Group C match at the 2024 CAF Women's Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON).
Despite their rich history, the Black Queens are participating at the ongoing tournament in Morocco as one of the underdogs.
The Ghana women's national team opened their campaign at the tournament with a 2-0 defeat to defending champions South Africa.
Subsequently, the Black Queens played out a 1-1 draw with Mali in their second match at the tournament.
