Former President John Agyekum Kufuor has expressed disappointment over what he perceives as neglect by the New Patriotic Party (NPP), a political tradition he has long served and helped to build.
Speaking during a courtesy call by NPP flagbearer hopeful Dr Bryan Acheampong, the former President said he finds it difficult to understand why his own party appears to have sidelined him despite his role in its history and development. "I don't understand why my own party, the NPP, has sidelined me.
If this party still has elders, I am one of them.
