The Member of Parliament for the Navrongo Constituency, Simon Akibange Aworigo, has thrown his weight behind the government's 24-hour economy initiative, describing it as both practical and already yielding positive results in various settings.
In an interview with Citi News, Mr.
Aworigo emphasised that the policy holds great promise not just for domestic production but also for boosting exports. "If the country is able to produce at scale and meet international quality standards, then the global market is open to us.
This is not just about internal growth; we're also aiming to expand through exports and earn foreign exchange from our productivity," he stated.
