Private legal practitioner Martin Kpebu has called for urgent action on the findings of the Ayawaso West Wuogon by-election Commission of Inquiry report before addressing the violence that occurred during the Ablekuma North parliamentary election rerun.

Speaking on The Key Points on TV3 on Saturday, July 12, Kpebu stressed that unresolved issues from the 2019 by-election continue to undermine justice and accountability in Ghana's electoral processes. "I am not equalising anything, but yesterday when I saw the chaos at Ablekuma North, my mind went to Ayawaso West Wuogon.

The report is there gathering dust.

Those who were supposed to get compensation, not all of them were paid.
