Black Queens coach Kim Lars Bjorkegren has called for calm despite his side's winless run in the ongoing 2024 Women's Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) tournament.
After two games played, Ghana are without a win which leave them at the 3rd place in Group C.
Ghana, who are making a return to the tournament for the first time in 2018, kicked off their campaign with a 2-0 defeat against South Africa before being held to a 1-1 draw against Mali.
Despite the winless start, Bjorkegren is confident his side will secure qualification to the next round of the tournament. "We had 2.6 on expected goals as compared to their 0.6 chance of scoring," the Swiss trainer said after the game against the Malians on Friday night. "If we display the same performance, if we play like this, we are probably in the quarterfinals. "I think I am happy with one point; there is no reason to panic at this point. "We still have a chance to qualify for the quarterfinals," he added.
