Ghana coach Kim Lars Bjorkegren has expressed frustration after his side's 1-1 draw with Mali in their second Group C match at the ongoing 2024 Women's Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON), pointing to dominant statistics that failed to translate into victory.

Speaking after the match, the Swedish coach highlighted Ghana's superior performance across key metrics. "We had 2.66 expected goals against Mali's 0.62.

We had very high possession.

We had 8 big shots against 4 from Mali," he said.
