The Ga Traditional Council has issued a statement disassociating itself from the activities of one Eze Dr.

Chukwudi Jude Ihenetu, who is alleged to have been parading himself as the King of the Igbo community in Ghana.

In a press release signed by Evelyn Amewotse, Registrar of the Ga Traditional Council, on behalf of the President, following an emergency meeting held on July 9, 2025, the Council-under the leadership of King Tackie Teiko Tsuru II, the Ga Mantse-unanimously resolved that it has never recognized Dr.

Ihenetu as a king within the Ga State and has no affiliation with any of his traditional activities.
