The High Court has dismissed an interlocutory application filed by the New Patriotic Party (NPP) seeking to stop the Electoral Commission (EC) from conducting a rerun of parliamentary elections in 19 polling stations within the Ablekuma North Constituency.
The ruling, delivered on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, clears the path for the EC to proceed with the much-anticipated rerun.
