The Minister for Roads and Highways, Kwame Governs Agbodza, has praised Citi FM and Channel One TV for the sustained efforts in drawing attention to road infrastructure challenges in Accra and across the country.

Addressing journalists and stakeholders at a media engagement on Tuesday, July 8, he noted that the Ministry views such advocacy as a constructive contribution to national development rather than criticism.

He acknowledged the media outlet's commitment to highlighting poor road conditions and pushing for action from authorities. "I must say that Citi FM/Channel One TV has been one of the biggest advocates in terms of improvement on the road network in Accra and beyond.

We appreciate your feedback, but we do not see that as a problem at all. "We believe you are doing the right thing by bringing these issues to our attention.
