Ghana's defence minister, Dr.
Omane Boamah, has urged the West African sub-region to leverage on their collective strengths.
He believes that this will help promote peace, stability, and economic development in West Africa.
Dr Omane Boamah made this known at the Republic Day Lecture at the Ghana Armed Forces Command and Staff College. "As we navigate the complexities of our volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) world, it's essential to think strategically about leveraging our collective strengths to promote peace, stability, and economic development in West Africa," he said.
