President John Dramani Mahama has reaffirmed his commitment to principled leadership, calling for a culture of accountability, integrity, and humility in public service.
Addressing the National Day of Prayer and Thanksgiving on Tuesday, July 1, the President stressed that leadership is a duty to serve, not a licence for personal enrichment.
He noted that those in authority must be held to the highest ethical standards and that true leadership prioritises the needs of the most vulnerable.
He emphasised that no one, including himself, is above the law. "We must hold those in authority, including myself, accountable to the highest standards of integrity and humility.
