Maxwell Kofi Jumah, the former Managing Director of GIHOC Distilleries Company Limited, has been granted bail set at GHS500,000 with two sureties.
This follows his recent arrest over allegations involving the theft of company-owned vehicles.
The bail was approved on Monday, June 30, after Mr.
Jumah was transferred to the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) headquarters, where he was detained.
