The Member of Parliament for the Ashaiman Constituency, , has achieved a significant academic milestone, graduating from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) with a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business and Management, specialising in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
The graduation ceremony, held on June 28, 2025, marked a proud moment for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) parliamentarian.
Born on December 28, 1980, Norgbey has represented Ashaiman in the Greater Accra Region since 2017.
Before entering politics, he worked as a teacher at Happy Home Basic School from 2006 to 2009 and subsequently as a procurement officer at the National Disaster Management Organisation.
