Methodist Senior High Technical School, Berekum, has secured a well-deserved spot in the 2025 National Science and Maths Quiz (NSMQ) national championship after dominating the first contest of the Bono regional qualifiers held at the Sunyani SHS.
The school put up a stellar performance across all four rounds, finishing with 38 points to emerge winners of the contest.
This marks their second-ever qualification to the national championship, having made their debut just two years ago in 2023.
Nafana Presby SHS, who have made at least three appearances at the national level in previous editions, placed second with 18 points.
