Nontsetselo Magongo was the only wife who accompanied King Mswati III of Eswatini during his recent state visit to Ghana to discuss pressing issues on the African continent.
Born in 1985, Magongo is 40 years old and is the king's ninth wife.
They married in 2002 when she was just 18, marking the beginning of their marital journey.
She hails from Eswatini and has Portuguese ancestry through family ties to Mozambique, giving her a mixed Swazi-Portuguese heritage.
