Former Vice President, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, has committed to fostering a stronger and more united (NPP), as he urges all party members to collaborate in rebuilding the party.
Emphasising the importance of collective effort in building a solid and functioning party, Dr Bawumia stated that unity is essential for achieving the party's goals.
According to a report by 3news.com on June 24, 2025, the NPP's presidential candidate for 2024 made these remarks during a meeting with former Metropolitan, Municipal, and District Chief Executives (MMDCEs) from across the country in Accra on June 23, 2025.
He also expressed this sentiment on his Facebook page (@Dr Mahamudu Bawumia) after the engagement, saying, "Our quest to bounce back requires the collective efforts of all, and I urge my fellow patriots to join hands, so we realise this objective together." "I am grateful for the overwhelming number of MMDCEs who have declared an intention to campaign for and support me.
