A firebrand leading member of the (NPP), Chief Bugri Naabu, has said that it is time for and his 'Afafranto' family to beat a retreat and return to the party.
He explained that the team, who resigned from the NPP to form what is now known as the Movement for Change, should come back and support the cause of the NPP ahead of the 2024 December elections.
Speaking to in reaction to a claim made for a former National Chairman of the NPP, Nana Ohene Ntow, that he (Bugri Naabu) threatened to kill him, the former Northern Regional Chairman of the NPP said nobody even recognizes the Alan team so they should just return. "I would even appeal to the Afafranto family; wherever they go, people will not trust them.
