Patrick Yaw Boamah has reiterated his calls for the New Patriotic Party to be fixed before the party elects a flagbearer.
He believes that the party will have to be worked on to be attractive again in order to win an election.
Patrick Boamah who was speaking on Accra-baased Channel 1 Television revealed that the party currently lacks public trust and there will be a need to fix that rather than thinking of electing a leader.
To him, as it stands, the party's flagbearer will not have a message if elected to lead in the 2028 elections without dealing with the internal issues in the political party. "I've stated on various platforms that I'm against this approach of selecting a flagbearer when we haven't fixed the party.
