Chief Executive Officer for the Shippers Authority, Ransford Gyampo has admitted that he called the Special Prosecutor when the OSP and National Security Operatives raided the offices of SML.
In a Facebook post responding to the OSP's statement on his recent comments on Accra-based TV3, Gyampo indicated that his call to the OSP was to caution him not to cause financial loss to the state even as he goes about your investigations.
Gyampo indicated that he in no way wanted to interfere in the ongoing investigation, as the statement from the Office of the Special Prosecutor suggests. "It is fine to assure Ghanaians about your intentions but the bit that talks about me calling your office and insinuating that perhaps I called to ask you to do something untoward is unfair and makes me then doubt your intentions the more.
I will circulate our whatsup texts also to make the point that I only expressed concern about potential financial loss to Ghana." Read His Statement Below Folks, Kissi Agyabeng issued the public statement below, following my discussion on TV3 Key Points yesterday.
