The Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) has strongly dismissed allegations suggesting that its ongoing investigation into former Finance Minister Kenneth Nana Yaw Ofori-Atta is motivated by personal bias.

In a statement issued on Sunday, June 22, the OSP addressed recent comments made by the Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Ghana Shippers Authority, Dr.

Ransford Gyampo, who reportedly claimed that a personal vendetta drove the probe.

The OSP refuted the accusation, stressing that its actions are rooted in credible allegations of corruption and abuse of office for profit.
