President John Dramani Mahama has released the first batch of ambassadorial nominations under his current administration, naming 15 individuals for key diplomatic positions across the globe.

The appointments, made in consultation with the Council of State, include Ambassadors, High Commissioners, and Consul-Generals designated to represent Ghana in strategic partner countries.

Notable among the nominees is Hammed Rashid Tunde Ali, appointed as Ghana's Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates, alongside Grace El Mahmoud Marabe, who will serve as Consul-General in Dubai.
