The Office of the Special Prosecutor has condemned comments by the Acting Chief Executive Officer for the Shippers Authority, Prof.
Ransford Gyampo.
Gyampo, while speaking on Accra-based TV3's Keypoints said he hopes the OSP's debacle with the former Finance Minister, Ken Ofori-Atta is borne out of patriotism and not to impress the current government to keep his position or personal vendetta for the former minister. "I hope the OSP is not motivated by vendetta," Prof Gyampo said on TV3's KeyPoints on June 21.
But a statement from the Office of the Special Prosecutor has condemned the comments by the public officer, indicating that such comments undermine the fight against corruption.
