The Member of Parliament for Gomoa East, Desmond De-Graft Paitoo, has questioned the motive behind the Ghana Tertiary Education Commission's (GTEC) decision to investigate his honorary title.
According to him, GTEC appears to be influenced by certain shadowy individuals, whom he alleges are targeting only members of the ruling (NDC).
