The Electoral Commission (EC) has told Parliament that the delay in collating the outstanding results in the Ablekuma North parliamentary election is due to the Attorney General's failure to respond to a referal for legal advice on the side of the Ghana Police service and the national security taskforce on how to provide security for the EC for the completion of the collation.
