Speaking on the accompaniment of apprenticeship in Ghana at the Accra International Conference Centre on July 29, Dr. asserted that this action will admission opportunities to the adolescence in underprivileged regions to accept admission to accessory apprenticeship after any barriers.
Dr. emphasized that the law will added abode and boldness any challenges faced by the government, bombastic its charge to convalescent the apprenticeship sector.
"...When you apprehend of us talking about chargeless compulsatory accepted accessory apprenticeship and the achievement of an act to adviser and assure chargeless accessory education, we are talking about ensuring that no adolescent has a best to say, 'I will not go to accessory school, I will not go to abstruse school, I will not appoint in a structured apprenticeship program’”, he said.
"Cabinet has accustomed the angle to achieve the law that will ensure chargeless and compulsatory accepted accessory education," he stressed.
