Through this exercise, the company aims to retrieve all debts owed by customers, to shore up its revenue.Interacting with Management representatives of the SLTs, Mrs Etwire commended customers who promptly settle their bills to ECG.She noted that through the regular payment of bills, ECG is able to settle its obligations to external players in the energy supply value chain promptly, thereby avoiding interruptions in power supply."In our quest to further improve power reliability to customers, we have injected transformers of higher ratings into several communities whose demand have outgrown the transformers currently serving them.

We have also augmented our fault teams to enable them resolve outage challenges quickly when they occur; to reduce the downtime and improve customer experiences," she said. The SLT customers confirmed their satisfaction with the reliability of power supply, and called for regular engagements with the ECG, to strengthen the mutually beneficial relationship that currently exists. Some SLT customers visited include Coral Paint, Fanmilk Ghana Ltd., Decorplast, Ashfoam, Qualiplast, Polyproducts, Dizengoff, GIHOC Distilleries and Innolink Ghana Limited.Mrs Etwire cautioned customers against interfering with the exercise, and/or undertaking illegal self-reconnection after disconnection.
