The National Service Authority has withheld PIN codes for some 22 unaccredited institutions.
The decision to withhold the PIN codes of these institutions is because their accreditation has expired and has not been renewed.
The Authority made this known in a statement announcing that it has officially released PIN codes for 132,393 prospective national service personnel from 100 accredited educational institutions nationwide, for the 2025/2026 service year.
They explained that 3,597 of the submissions, representing graduates from 22 institutions, have not been processed, as those institutions are currently not accredited and remain unknown to the Ghana Tertiary Education Commission (GTEC).
