The Ghana Water Limited (GWL) has uncovered a significant illegal water connection at the Adwoa Wangara Condominium Apartments located in Cantonments.
According to the management of the facility, the apartment complex has relied heavily on its basement boreholes and an underground water tank for years since its establishment.
However, inspections conducted by Ghana Water Limited revealed a different situation.
The Company acted on a tip-off and, upon investigation, discovered that the apartment complex had been illegally tapping water from its pipelines.
