Supreme Court nominee Justice Senyo Dzamefe has underscored the urgent need for more courts and the adoption of modern technology to improve efficiency within Ghana's justice system.
Speaking during his vetting by the Appointments Committee of Parliament on Monday, June 17, 2025, Justice Dzamefe argued that existing courts are overstretched, which affects the speed and quality of justice delivery.
He further emphasised that productivity in the judiciary is directly tied to investing in human resources and adequate tools. "Anybody who wants to maximise productivity must first look at the human resources, that is the mistake a lot of people make.
Think of those who will give you the product.
