The Ghana Education Service (GES) has published a list of 25 newly approved private Senior High Schools (SHS) now available for selection by Junior High School (JHS) students.
The announcement comes alongside an extension of the school selection deadline to Wednesday, 25th June, 2025, to allow students more time to consider their options. "This extension ensures candidates have ample opportunity to make informed decisions," said Prince D.

The newly approved private schools span across all regions, including notable institutions like Gulf College Japan in Greater Accra, Watkins Academy in Volta Region, and Golden Gate SHS in Western Region.
