Member of Parliament for Yagaba-Kubori and former Executive Director of the National Service Scheme (NSS), Mustapha Ussif, has issued a strong rebuttal following his inclusion in a list of former officials and private individuals implicated in a GH¢548 million payroll fraud at the National Service Authority (NSA).
