Deputy Minister for Education, Dr Clement Apaak, represented Ghana at the African Agricultural Technologies (ACAT) conference at the Kigali Convention Centre, Rwanda, from June 10 to 13, 2025.

The second edition of #ACAT was officially opened by Rwandan Prime Minister, Dr Édouard Ngirente, at the Kigali Convention Centre.
