The Volta Region Member on the Council of State, Gabriel Tanko Kwamigah-Atokple, has joined global leaders at the Global Parliament of Mayors Annual Summit 2025 in Europe.
His participation was on the invitation of Mayor Alix Desulme (Ed D) of North Miami, USA.
Making this known in a Facebook post, Kwamigah-Atokple reflected on how the summit had re-equipped him with the needed know hows capable of helping him to continue to contribute to building the Volta Region. "With my experience in business and policy engagement, I found the conversations clear and based on real-life situations.
Participants spoke from what they have seen and experienced, rather than from theory.
